Photographing water

 1. Was it easy to get a good shot? Why/why not? (2pts)

it was not easy to get a good shot because i could not manage to get the focus right no matter how much i adjusted it.

 2. What did you like/not like about shooting water with the flash? (2pts)

i didnt like the flash because it highlighted all of the dust on the side of the bowl and stuff, when you dont use flash all you can see is the water

it was easier to get a good shot on this one because it was the last photo we did which means that we were kind of warmed up by all the other stations and knew what we were doing by then.

 2. What did you like/not like about shooting water without the flash? (2pts)

i liked shooting without the flash because it made the bowl and the background look much cleaner overall.

1. Was it easy to get a good shot? Why/why not? (2pts)

this one was the easiest out of all the stations to get a good shot, i dont know if it was easier for everyone but we had our settings almost perfect which made for some great shots.

 2. What did you like/not like about shooting colored water with the flash? (2pts)

i liked the flash for this one because the background didnt matter so instead the flash made the color in the water much more vibrant, as well as getting rid of a lot of the shadows in the water.

it was kind of hard to get a good shot because we did yellow first which didnt make for good first shots, so we had to add more coloring in order to get our good shots

 2. What creative adjustments did your team make for this shot? (2pts)

We decided to go for a contrasting look by going for a bright color first and then moving on to darker colors, it kind of worked but i think if we went all dark or all bright it would of turned out much better.

 3. What did you like/not like about shooting water without the flash? (2pts)

i think shooting without flash was the right call for this station because it would of shown up on the outside of the fishbowl and made reflections which would of ruined the image.
