 variety: this picture uses variety with all of the colored trash cans. the bright blue color contrasts the drab greys and blacks of the background. it also uses unity with the pattern of 4 blue trashcans next to 4 grey ones. variety: this picture shows variety through the many colors and subject matters in the picture. the bright and dark colors contrast each other and show a lot of variety. it also shows unity through all of the glass pieces arranging into 1 solid picture. this picture shows unity and variety through the bright colorful and wild play structure in the back contrasted by the drab unified pool in front with all the blocks next to each other and the perfect alternating flags and stuff.

  This image represents happy to me because it has all the elements of a good time to me. This picture is taken by a friend (me), we are in Taco Bell which makes really good food, and his fit go crazy. The colors of the taco bell also clash well with the outfit which makes it a better picture.

 

  in these 5 photographs, color is used a lot and is the subject of all of the photos. with all of the different colors in the photo some contrast each other and some compliment each other. color is used to grab the attention of the viewer and its what makes the photographs interesting.

 Line: a point moving in space, starts somewhere and ends somewhere else color: refers to the color of light in a picture, combination of value, hue, and saturation value: the lightness or darkness of a hue shape: the area enclosed in an outline form: similar to a shape, but has elements of 3d in them texture: real or implied feel, appearance, or consistency of a surface or substance space: the two dimensional arrangement of objects in a photograph and the 3d illusion of depth. 

 My definition of a selfie is a picture taken by the subject of themselves, specifically focusing on the face. It is usually done quickly without a lot of thought. Most selfies are sent to others through social media and quickly looked at by the recipients and then discarded. They are a quick way to communicate to others where and what you are doing.
